Word count for standard article pages

Headline should be between 65-70 characters
Stand first should be 150-210 characters
Body copy should be between 600-1000 words
Pull quotes should be 125 characters max
Image captions should be 110 characters max

All word counts include spaces

    • Copy should be supplied as a google document. Any amends should be supplied as a tracked change within the same document.

    • Please specify any suggested pull quotes at the end of the document.

    • Bylines are permissible at the bottom of the page. Headshots accompanying a byline will be no larger than 300px.

  • Clients should provide one URL to be used within the CTA section at the bottom of the page.
    Any URLs within the body copy should be clearly labelled. Tracking links should be supplied during the initial content briefing.

    - Full length video - no subtitles, ideal - length is 2:30-3:00
    - Video title and description
    - Thumbnail image
    - A list of tags (keywords)
    - Subtitles file supplied as a SRT file for bespoke players or a text file for YouTube upload

    - Minimum audible duration: 33 seconds (excluding silence and background noise)
    - Maximum duration: 30 minutes
    - Transcript to be provided along with the audio file if available.
